We offer Free Delivery and Pick-up to most Minneapolis metro area locations. Additional milage fees are added to rental locations outside our free delivery area.  If a city is not listed, contact us for a price quote.

We deliver to your driveway or loading dock.  Additional fee required to deliver to backyard or to bring rental equipment inside buildings.

No. One of the most important services we provide and what separates us from most rental businesses, is we deliver and pick up all of the products we rent. No need for our clients to take the time to pick up and return. Also, most would need to rent a truck or trailer. No need. We deliver right to your home or event.

Tables & chairs should be cleaned, folded and stacked (regardless of who installed the tent).  Tents should be taken down and organized the same way as it was when it was delivered.  If USA Tent installed, then we will take the tent down.

We usually deliver the day before the event and pick up the day after the event. We may arrange to deliver the morning of the event and pick up the evening of a daytime event.

Customer is responsible to contact Gopher State and have yard marked for underground gas, electric and cable. Sprinklers should be marked also.

Weights must be rented to weight down Tents. Also, if staking will be extended to a grass surface, it must be marked the same as for installing on a grass surface.

We will provide you with detailed instruction to set up and take down on your own.

The day of your event.  We will deliver the unit the day before or the morning of your event and will pick-up at the conclusion of your event or the next day.

Debit Cards, check cards, credit card (Visa, Master Card and Discover), cash, No personal checks, checks from business, schools or churches are accepted.

Yes, because Tents tables and chairs are rented on a first come first reserved basis, we require a 50% deposit. This assures you of receiving the item you reserve. At the time of delivery you can change payment options. Cities, Churches, Schools, Businesses and non-profits may make special arrangements for payment. Ask for details.

Once a Tent is reserved, You can post-pone or re-schedule your rental up to 24 hours prior to your rental and your deposit will be credited towards your next rental. No refunds will be given. Due to scheduling we cannot accept changes to an order within 24 hours of your scheduled delivery. No refunds or credit will be given for cancellations or changes with less than 24 hours notice.

Renter is responsible for all damage repairs and full purchase price for any items that are not available during pick up.

Yes. Renter is responsible for any damage to rented items. USA Tent Rentals is NOT responsible for any injury occurring from rented items. Download “Liability Release Form”.

YES – The second day is always 1/2 price – if you want to rent for a week or month call for a quote.
